I’m excited to share a weighted leg workout that effectively targets your muscles while keeping your heart rate up the entire time.  If you’re a fan of HIIT training styles, like Orange Theory Fitness or Barry’s Bootcamp, this workout is for you. It’s designed to keep you within the orange zone, so save it for your next lower body training day. This refers to  a specific heart rate range, usually around 84-91% of your maximum heart rate, which is considered the “challenging” or “threshold” zone, where you are pushing your cardiovascular system to work at a higher intensity. It’s also proven to help increase the calories burned throughout the day.

Drawing inspiration from the OG training guides from Tammy Hembrow’s Booty Program, my personalized regimen crafted by Lauren Teknipp Fitness, and the dynamic movements from Nike Training Club, this workout is a game-changer.
